Planning System Requirements
ESTO utilizes an online database - the Earth Science Technology Integrated Planning System (ESTIPS) - to track NASA Earth science goals and technology requirements. ESTIPS serves as a knowledge management tool for strategic planning and acquisition of advanced technologies to enable future science missions. Users may browse science needs, view measurement scenarios, or search for specific technology requirements.

ESTIPS is currently offline for extended modification and upgrades.
